Applications of High Productivity Roller Mill:
 
Super productivity roller mill is mainly used for grinding glass, rubber, agricultural chemicals, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, papermaking and other chemical industries. The materials should be non-flammable and non-explosive materials whose haedness is below mohs level seven humidity is below 6%. Such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore soil, chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc


Working  Principle of High Productivity Mill Roller:
 
Super Productivity Roller Mill Main Components: Mainframe, Grader, high pressure positive fan(blower), Bucket Elevator, Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder, Storage hopper, Jaw Crusher, Pipe device, Electronic control system, Motor and so on. 
 
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hooper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. In the host cavity, three roller grinding devices supported by plum frame rotate around the central shaft. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the elastic spring preload. At the same time, the mill roller rotates around mill roller shaft. The materials shoveled up by the rotating blade are sent to the space between ring and roller to accomplish the grinding. After that, the crushed powder is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products (Finished product size up to 600 Mesh) and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. Purified air flows into the blower through the pipeline at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated. From blower to the grinding chamber, air flows under positive pressure, in the rest pipe air flows under the negative pressure. Sanitary conditions inside is very good. Water contained in the grinding material evaporated as a gas when heated by crushing. the air gets into the circulating wind path through the feeding port increase the wind amount, the increased airflow get into the dust bucket collector through the tube between the blower and the mainframe, the powder brought by the airflow is collected by dust bucket collector and discharged from the Powder tube in the bottom of the dust bucket collector, the air gets into atmosphere through the dust bag above the dust bucket.

 Main Features of Super Productivity Mill Roller:
 
1. High milling efficiency: Roller assembly using a high pressure spring device to increase the milling force (the grinding force of every roller assembly is increased by 450Kg), compared with ordinary mill, its pulverizing     force is increased by 50%, greatly increase the fine powder content.
 
2. Grinding area is increased by 1.25 times (grinding roller and grinding ring height is increased from 160 to 200).
 
3. Blade increased by 1.2 times.
 
4. Blower’s air volume and pressure increased by 1.2 times.
 
5. Finished product size and yield: finished product size up to 600 Mesh, production output increased by 50% when compared with ordinary mill.
 
6. This machine has the advantages of small occupation area, complete sets, widely use, simple operation, convenient maintenance, stable performance, high rate of finished product screening.
 
7. Classifier adopts the built-in superfine turbine classifier, high efficiency classification.
